SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 2 business days from date of order and shipped with Canada Post (expedited), unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges will be added to each order, unless you request shipment on your own account. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you immediately by e-mail.

PRICING

All prices given in Canadian Dollars. Additional fees (shipping, tax) are added in the shopping cart at check-out.

Payment Options

Makeda Publishing Ltd. (MPL) accepts Purchase Orders only if you have an account established with MPL. Other forms of payment are by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) only.

RETURNS

In the event you decide to return an item, for any reason, you are able to do so within 30 days after you have received the product. You will be fully refunded for the returned goods, provided the conditions as listed below are met. Your refund, of which you will be notified via e-mail, will be in the same form of payment as used for your purchase. You can expect your refund within 10 business days after receipt of your returned item.

Conditions for Return

• the returned items have to be in their original condition
• the items returned have to be in their original packaging
• you have received and included with the returned goods a "Return Number". You will be assigned a return number by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-977-0797, 1-403-250-2525 or via e-mail
• in the event your return is due to an error on our behalf we will forward shipping instructions to you and no shipping charges will occur to you.
